The order of departure from Royal Tree Lodge Game Preserve are as follows:

1. Bates & Anthony (5:55 am)
2. Mona & Beth
3. Caroline & Jennifer
4. Chuck & Wynona
5. Joey & Meghan
6. Max & Katie

Only Bates & Anthony's departure time was shown on-screen. The other five teams' departure times are unknown.

Teams must fly to Zürich, Switzerland. Upon arrival at Zürich Airport, teams must find the conductor with a red hat, who would give them their next clue.

Teams must take a train to Grindelwald. Once there, teams must wait outside the Kirche Grindelwald for an Alpine shepherd who would give them their next clue the following morning.

Teams must take a train to Kleine Scheidegg. Once there, teams must make their way to the Hotel Bellevue des Alpes, where they must pick up a St. Bernard and would receive their next clue.

Teams must take a train to Jungfraujoch and deliver their St. Bernard to a mountain rescue guide team outside the Jungfraujoch railway station. After delivering their dog, they must search the nearby Sphinx Observatory for their next clue.

"Who wants to enjoy the sights?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must traverse the north face of the Eiger and pick up their "climbing buddy", the Travelocity roaming gnome, which would have their next clue written under its base. There were two observation decks with three gnomes each available, with only one person allowed to retrieve their gnome from each observation deck at a time.

Teams must take a train to Grindelwald Grund railway station. Once there, teams must cross the Lütschine Brüggli Bridge, and listen for the sound of a Swiss alphorn to find their next clue.

Teams must follow a marked path and join a local workforce to transport four 50-pound wheels of cheese from an aging shed at the top of a hill down to a barn at the bottom using traditional Swiss cheese carriers. Once the cheese is stacked inside the barn, they would receive their next clue.

Teams must make their way to the Bodmi Snowboard and Ski School to check in.
For coming in first place, Bates & Anthony won a trip for two to Bora Bora, provided by Travelocity.
