No Room For Error is the penultimate episode of The Amazing Race 33.

Teams were flown to Lisbon, Portugal, and began the next leg at the Sanctuary of Christ the King.
The order of departure from the Sanctuary of Christ the King are as follows:
- Raquel & Cayla (8:30 am)
- Kim & Penn (8:45 am)
- Arun & Natalia (8:45 am)
- Ryan & Dusty (9:00 am)
Teams must drive themselves to Fortaleza de São Filipe, where they would find their next clue.
From atop Fortaleza de São Filipe, teams must spot a flag in Race colors, located at Fisherman's Wharf, where they would find their next clue.
"Who wants to go exploring?"
The team member assigned to this Roadblock must search among several rowboats that listed names of famous Portuguese people until they found one of only four that listed the name of a Portuguese explorer (Bartolomeu Dias, Fernão de Magalhães, Pedro Álvares Cabral, and Vasco da Gama) and row it across the marina to a fisherman to receive their next clue. If they are incorrect, they must row their boat back before they can choose another one.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must make their way on foot to Mercearia Confiança de Troino, where they must choose one of five sardine cans, each with a distinctive design on the front, then make their way to the address on Rua Vasco da Gama specified on their can. Once there, they must follow the marked outlines on a house's door to paint the design on their sardine can to the judge's satisfaction to receive their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Santuário de Cabo Espichel, where they would find their next clue.
"Who's down for the count?"
The team member who sat out of the previous Roadblock must count the columns of Santuário de Cabo Espichel while standing within a stone boundary and give the correct number (106) to a monk, who would direct them to the nearby Pit Stop, Farol de Cabo Espichel, to check in. If they are incorrect, they must return to the stone boundary before being allowed to make another attempt.

For coming in first place, Raquel & Cayla won a trip for two to Saint Lucia, provided by Travelocity.
