Not a Well-Rounded Athlete is the penultimate episode of The Amazing Race 21.

The order of departure from the House of Rembrandt's Mistress are as follows:

Natalie & Nadiya (2:55 am)
Jaymes & James (5:57 am)
Trey & Lexi (6:38 am)
Josh & Brent (9:38 am)

Teams must fly to Barcelona, Spain, then take a ferry from the Port of Barcelona to Palma on the island of Mallorca. Upon arrival, they must find the Palma Cathedral and search among a small troupe of actors dressed up as devils and demons participating in a performance for La Nit del Foc for one who would give teams their next clue.

Teams must drive themselves to Centro de Alto Rendimiento, where they would find their next clue.

"Who wants to get smashed?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must return 20 tennis balls fired by an automatic server within the bounds of a clay court in order to receive their next clue. If the machine runs out of tennis balls, they would have to start the task over, with their prior count reset.

Teams must drive themselves to the Coves de Campanet and follow the music into the caves to find two guitarists and their next clue.

Choice A: Spin It
Teams must don safety gear and then replace two blades on a 400-year-old Mallorcan windmill. Once the mechanic approves their work, they would receive their next clue from a pair of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza impersonators.

Jaymes & James, Josh & Brent, and Natalie & Nadiya chose this task.

Choice B: Bull It
Teams must make their way to Plaza de Toros la Monumental, where they must wear a special two-person bull outfit. With the person in front unable to see where they are going, their partner in the back must verbally guide them to circle eight matadors and then strike a target of a ninth to launch a final dummy matador within two minutes to receive their next clue.

Only Trey & Lexi chose this task.

Teams must drive themselves to Castell de Bellver to check in.

For coming in first place, Trey & Lexi won a trip for two to the Riviera Maya, provided by Travelocity.

For coming in last place, Natalie & Nadiya will have to perform a Speed Bump at some point during the next leg of the race.
