The order of departure from the Margham Desert Camp are as follows:

1. Sandy & Francesca (7:45 am)
2. Andrew & Syeon (8:06 am)
3. Joe Jer & Zabrina (8:06 am)
4. Marsio & Mardy (8:20 am)

Teams must take their four-wheel drive and direct the driver to take them to Desert Area 53 to find their next clue.

Choice A: Ride
Teams must sit on a camel and guide it through a marked course using only a camel stick to collect five flags to receive their next clue.

All teams chose this task.

Choice B: Seek
Teams must use a metal detector to find a souvenir camel in a marked plot of sand to receive their next clue.

None of the teams chose this task.

Teams must direct the driver to take them to the Eye of the Emirates in Sharjah, Emirate of Sharjah, where they must select one of the 42 cabins of the Ferris wheel and search for one of only five cabins that contained their next clue. If they selected wrong, teams would be forced to wait for the cabin to make a full trip around before they are allowed to exit and try again.

"Who's got the brains in the team?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must eat an Arabian specialty dish consisting of brains and bread to receive their next clue. The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Teams must take a taxi to Saeed Al Maktoum House in Dubai, Emirate of Dubai to find their next clue.

Teams must take a taxi to Wild Wadi Water Park and ride the Jumeirah Sceirah slide to receive their next clue.

Teams must take a taxi to Mina A'Salam Beach to check in. For coming in first place, Andrew & Syeon won a trip to Gold Coast, Australia, provided by Caltex.
