Plot Twist It's a U-Turn Vote is the third episode of The Amazing Race Canada 10.

The order of departure from Roberts Creek Pier are as follows:

Colin & Matt, Brad & Sam, and Julia & Olivia's departure times were not shown on-screen.

Teams must make their way to Salish Soils and blend a specific compost, transport it in wheelbarrows across the compound, and fill it into bags until they fill 160 kilograms of compost in order to receive their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Langdale Terminal and take a ferry to Horseshoe Bay, British Columbia. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to Granville Island Public Market to find their next clue.

At Granville Island Public Market, teams had to purchase six ingredients from the market's vendors and deliver them to six restaurants in surrounding neighbourhoods in order to receive their next clue. The Assist was hidden in one clue, found by Lauren & Nicole, and allowed them to buy and deliver four ingredients.

Teams must make their way to Parker Place where they had to arrange a set of mahjong tiles in order to receive their next clue.

At Parker Place, teams must vote for a team to U-Turn. Colin & Matt were able to vote twice for being the first team to arrive at the U-Turn board. The team with the most votes would be U-Turned.
