Jeff "Pops" Bailey Sr. and Jeff Bailey Jr. are a Father/Son Lumberjacks team on The Amazing Race 37.

The father-son duo raced at a steady pace in the first few legs, excelling at the more physical tasks, but struggled in the more detail-oriented challenges. In the sixth leg, they fell behind the other teams halfway through after Jeff accidentally dropped one of the cakes in the afternoon tea platter challenge, and later struggled at surfing on the eFoil Roadblock. Although they finished the Roadblock before Nick & Mike and had a lead over them in the final stretch to the Pit Stop, they hesitated when figuring out which train to take and missed their ride. This allowed Nick & Mike to catch up to them and beat them in a footrace, making them the seventh team eliminated from the race, in 8th place.
