Quit Following Us is the fifth episode of The Amazing Race 6.

Synopsis[]

Teams make an emotional trek from a small island off the coast of Africa to Berlin, Germany.

Teams leave the Pit Stop in darkness and make their way to a small island, just off the coast of Senegal, where they take part in an emotional ceremony honoring the many slaves that were taken into captivity. After the ceremony, the teams make their way to Berlin. At the Dakar airport, sparks fly between two teams after one team honors an alliance by buying airline tickets for them before they arrive at the airport. And two teams face off in a footrace to the Pit Stop.[2]

Teams must make their way to the House of Slaves to find their next clue.

At the House of Slaves, teams must enter through the doorways and place a single rose at the archway known as the "Door of No Return" as tribute for the people who were sold into slavery. Once they have done so, they will receive their next clue.

Teams must return to mainland Dakar and fly to Berlin, Germany. Upon arrival, teams must find the section of the Berlin Wall that is still standing at the East Side Gallery, where they will find their next clue.

Teams must make their way to the Broken Chain Sculpture to find their next clue.

Choice A: Beers
Teams must travel to the Brauhaus Spandau bar. Once there, they must search the tables at the crowded bar for five coasters bearing their team's name and picture. They then had to trade two full steins of beer to the patron in exchange for each coaster. Once teams collected all five of their coasters, they would receive their next clue.

Freddy & Kendra, Gus & Hera, Hayden & Aaron, and Kris & Jon completed this task.

Choice B: Brats
Teams must travel to the Zitadelle. Once there, they had to use a hand-operated sausage-maker to create one rope of five 7-inch bratwursts in order to receive their next clue.

Adam & Rebecca, Don & Mary Jean, Jonathan & Victoria, and Lori & Bolo completed this task.

Teams must make their way to Teufelsberg where they will find their next clue at the base of the mountain.

"Who feels the need for speed?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must climb to the top of Teufelsberg and complete a soap box derby course in 37 seconds or less to receive their next clue.

The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Teams must drive to Unter den Linden and find a drehorgelspieler, an organ grinder, who would give them their next clue.

Teams must make their way on foot to the Brandenburg Gate to check in. For coming in first, Freddy & Kendra won a vacation to Mexico, courtesy of American Airlines.
