Roderick F. "Rod" Gardner and Leticia Marie Gardner are a Married team on The Amazing Race 36.

The Married couple worked well together in tasks and managed to avoid interpersonal conflict, but occasional struggles with technical and detail-oriented tasks would set them back. Despite this, their physical prowess and camaraderie kept them in contention, even winning 3 legs along the way. Despite being in a close second place behind Ricky & Cesar, their struggles with memory and detail-oriented tasks came back to haunt them when Leticia's oversight at the second roadblock set them back and allowed Juan & Shane to pass them, dooming them to 3rd place.

Post-Race[]

After filming the season (but before the season premiere aired), Rod & Leticia appeared on the November 10, 2023 episode of Raid the Cage, competing against fellow former professional football player and The Amazing Race 23 contestant Ephraim Salaam and his wife Renece. They ended up with $23,110 worth of winnings.^[4]
