Teams must travel to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Upon arrival, teams make their way to the Old Market, where they had to eat seven fried tarantulas, with each individual team member eating at least three, in order to receive their next clue.
Teams must travel by tuk-tuk to the Tourist Information Center in order to buy entry tickets to Angkor Wat, where they found their next clue. They were also provided with step counters that they had to wear for the duration of the leg.
"Who is the Zen master?"
The assigned team member must have to count the monks wearing red and yellow prayer beads. Once they had counted all of the monks, they had to collect an offering and find two other monks inside the temple. They had to pick one of the two monks to whom to give their answer and their offering, but one of the monks would lie even if they had the right answer. Once the truth-telling monk was given the correct answer was 26, he gave them their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Tjoup Snae Restaurant, where they had to record the readings on their step counters before retrieving their next clue.
Daniel & Ryan won a 30-minute time-credit (applied at the start of the next leg) for having the closest number of steps between team members.
Choice A: Shrimp
Teams must harvest 750 grams (26 oz) of shrimp from fish traps in Tonlé Sap to a local market nearby in order to receive their next clue.
Ashleigh & Jarrod, Elizabeth & Todd, and Emily & Jono chose this task.
Choice B: Shoot
Teams must travel to the floating village of Chong Khneas and find the local pool hall, where they had to level out a pool table and then sink five balls while competing against a local player in order to receive their next clue.
Aston & Christie, Carla & Hereni, Cat & Jesse, Daniel & Ryan, John & Murray, and Sally & Tyson chose this task. Teams must make their way to Baphuon Temple to check in.
For coming in first place, Emily & Jono won A$10,000 and a voucher of two Velocity Frequent Flyer cards.

- Angkor Wat was previously visited as a Roadblock in the fifth leg of The Amazing Race 13. Unlike this season, the task was a bit different.
