The order of departure from Gyeongbokgung Palace are as follows:

1. Kelly & Jon (2:46 am)
2. Reichen & Chip (3:55 am)
3. Jon & Al (4:04 am)
4. David & Jeff (5:15 am)

Teams must make their way to Hangang Park on Yeouido Island. Once there, teams must lower down a pull string attached to a marked pedestal from a kite that would carry their next clue.

Teams must fly to Brisbane, Australia and find Holiday Inn, where they would be directed to the penthouse by the concierge.

The Fast Forward instructions were given to teams after finding their clue at Yeouido Island. After arriving in Australia, teams must make their way to Sunshine Coast Beach and engage in a lifeguard training exercise. They must pull a rescue board out through the waves to find a person pretending to be injured. They then had to pull her onto the board and safely transport her back to shore to claim the Fast Forward. David & Jeff won the Fast Forward.

Choice A: Face First
From the roof of the Holiday Inn hotel, both team members would have to perform a 200 ft face-first rappel down the side of the building to get their next clue.

All of the teams chose this task.

Choice B: Feet First
From the penthouse of the Holiday Inn hotel, teams had to look for a race flag at the top of a nearby Sheraton hotel. They then had to travel to that hotel on foot and climb up the stairwells to the Sheraton's penthouse to get their next clue.

None of the teams chose this task.

Teams must drive a marked car to Mooloolaba and find UnderWater World to search for their next clue.

"Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water."

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must put on a scuba outfit and would dive into the aquarium's shark tank. Among 100 sharks and assorted sea creatures, they would have to find their next clue inside of a treasure chest.

Teams must make their way on foot to Mooloolaba Yacht Club to check in. For coming in first, David & Jeff won a vacation to Mexico courtesy of American Airlines.
