The order of departure from Gyeongbokgung Palace are as follows:

1. Kelly & Jon (2:46 am)
2. Reichen & Chip (2:55 am)
3. Jon & Al (4:04 am)
4. David & Jeff (5:15 am)

Teams must make their way to Hangang Park on Yeouido Island, where they must pull on a string attached to a marked pedestal to release their next clue dangling from a kite above.

Teams must fly to Brisbane, Australia. Upon arrival, they must make their way to the "hotel on Roma Street", leaving teams to figure out that this referred to the Brisbane Holiday Inn, where they must check in with the concierge, who would lead them to the hotel's penthouse, where they would find their next clue.

The Fast Forward instructions were given to teams after finding their clue at Hangang Park. Teams must make their way to Kings Beach at Sunshine Coast, Australia, where they must engage in a lifeguard training exercise. They must paddle on surfboards out to a marked buoy, where they would find a person pretending to be injured, and safely transport her back to shore to claim the Fast Forward pass. David & Jeff won the Fast Forward.

Choice A: Face First
Teams must each perform a 200 ft face-first rappel down the side of the Brisbane Holiday Inn. Once both team members have rappelled from the penthouse to the ground, they would receive their next clue.

Jon & Al, Kelly & Jon, and Reichen & Chip chose this task.

Choice B: Feet First
From the penthouse of the Brisbane Holiday Inn, teams must spot a flag in Race colors, located at the top of the Brisbane Sheraton hotel. They must then climb down the Brisbane Holiday Inn's stairwells, make their way on foot to the Brisbane Sheraton, then climb up its stairwells to the roof, where they would find their next clue.

None of the teams chose this task.

Teams must drive themselves to UnderWater World in Mooloolaba, where they would find their next clue.

"Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water."

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must don scuba gear, then dive into an aquarium filled with sharks and rays, and retrieve their next clue from inside of a treasure chest located on the aquarium's floor.

Teams must make their way on foot to the Mooloolaba Yacht Club to check in. For coming in first place, David & Jeff won a vacation to Mexico, provided by American Airlines Vacations.
