Taste Your Salami is the fourth episode of The Amazing Race 20.

The order of departure from Escalinata de Antequera are as follows:

Teams must fly to Turin, Italy. Upon arrival, teams must choose a Ford Focus and drive themselves to the Lingotto building, where they would find their next clue.
The Fast Forward instructions were given to teams after receiving their clue at the Lingotto building. One team member must pilot a remote controlled helicopter and land it on a replica of the Lingotto building's helipad placed on a helmet worn by their teammate. Once the helicopter has landed, that team would win the Fast Forward. Art & JJ won the Fast Forward.
"What goes up must come down."
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must rappel down the spiral ramps of the Lingotto building within a time limit of two minutes, stopping to retrieve their next clue clue on the way down. If time limit expires before they can retrieve the clue, they would be lowered to the ground floor of the building and must make their way on foot back to the top to start over.

Teams must drive themselves to Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile and use the active park feature on their Ford Focus to park their car. Once finished, teams must head inside the museum and search for the 1916 Tin Lizzie to find their next clue.
Teams would receive an Italian 2 cent euro coin, leaving them to figure out that they must make their way to the building depicted on the coin, the Mole Antonelliana. Once there, teams must ride the elevator to the top, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: Clean That Statue
Teams must travel to L'Arte Marmi and use the provided equipment to completely and properly clean a marble statue. Once it is back in pristine condition, they would receive their next clue.
Bopper & Mark, Joey & Danny, Nary & Jamie, Rachel & Dave, and Vanessa & Ralph chose this task.
Choice B: Taste That Salami
Teams must travel to the Gastronomia Salumeria to taste and memorize the names of fourteen different kinds of salami: aglio, barolo, cacciatorino, cinghiale, cotto, felino, finocchiona, mandola, mucca, 'nduja, noci, piccante, tartufo, and toscano. They must then make their way on foot to the Piazza Vittorio Veneto and find the designated salami vendor to correctly identify and name all fourteen types of salamis they tasted. Once they have correctly identified all fourteen types, the salumiere would give them their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Piazza Castello to check in.
For coming in first place, Art & JJ each won $5,000.
