The order of departure from Sepilok Nature Resort are as follows:
- Reichen & Chip (10:26 pm)
- Jon & Al (12:56 am)
- David & Jeff (1:11 am)
- Kelly & Jon (2:42 am)
Teams must to Puu Jih Shih Temple. Once there, teams must look for a Buddha figurine with their name on it. Behind the figurine is a key to a locked rattan bag, containing their next clue.
Teams must take a van, leaving thirty minutes apart and only taking one team, to Kota Kinabalu International Airport and fly to Seoul, South Korea and find Namsan Park to look for their next clue at the base of the Seoul Tower.
Teams must make their way to Rafting Korea in Sundam Valley to find their next clue.
The Fast Forward instructions were given to teams after finding their clue at Seoul Tower. The instructions are unknown as no teams opted to perform the task.
"Which of you has the colder personality?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must strip down to their swim wear and dive into a hole in the ice in the Hantan River. They must swim under the ice and exit at another hole nearby. Once their body temperature rose to a safe level, they would receive their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Station 228 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway and figure out that this referred to Seoul National University station to find their next clue.
Choice A: Strong Hands
Teams must make their way to a dojang, where each team member had to practice a taekwondo method and break three sets of wooden boards with their fists.
David & Jeff, Jon & Al, and Kelly & Jon chose this task.
Choice B: Strong Stomach
Teams must find a local restaurant where they each had to finish a bowl of san-nakji, a dish made of raw octopuses, to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Gyeongbokgung Palace to check in. For coming in first, Kelly & Jon won a Caribbean vacation, courtesy of American Airlines.
