That Is Studly is the ninth episode of The Amazing Race 13.
The order of departure from Old Square are as follows:
Teams must fly to Moscow, Russia. Upon arrival, teams must take a taxi to Krutitsy Dormition Cathedral and light a candle to receive their next clue. All women were required to don headscarves prior to entering the monastery as per religious customs.
Teams must take a taxi to Kolosok Camp in Tatarintsevo and search the grounds for their next clue.
Choice A: Boots
Teams must don military uniforms and learn a Russian parade march. When they are ready, they must fall in line and perform one full lap in a routine properly along with a drill team. If the drill master judged the routine to be satisfactory, teams would receive their next clue.
Choice B: Borscht
Teams must don military uniforms, a chef's hat, and an apron, then serve 75 soldiers a bowl of borscht each to receive their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Zhukovsky and find Zhukovsky Bakery, where they would find their next clue.
"Who has a strong back?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must unload 55-pound bags of flour from a truck, carry them into the bakery, and stack down on the floor horizontally to receive their next clue from the baker.
