The order of departure from Colônia Helvétia as follows:
- Perri & Maristela (8:00 am)
- Jorge & Silvia (8:15 am)
- Jonatas & Rafael (8:30 am)
- Patrícia & Sane (8:45 am)
- Débora & Daniela (9:00 am)
Teams must travel by bus to Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná. Upon arrival at Rodoviária Internacional de Foz do Iguaçu, they would get their next clue.
Teams must take a taxi to Iguaçu National Park, where they would get their next clue.
The Fast Forward instructions were given to teams after arrived from Iguaçu National Park. Teams must make their way to Macuco Safari and climb 288 steps, they had then to rappel 55 meters to the ground down below. Once they are on the ground, they would find a raft along the Iguaçu River. The first team to complete the challenge, they would win the Fast Forward. Jorge & Silvia won the Fast Forward.
At Iguaçu National Park, teams had to hike a trail to look to Poço Preto Trail, where they must given three random bird names and identify them amongst the pictures posted on the trees throughout a trail. Once they found those, the zookeeper would give them their next clue.
Teams make their way to Cânion Iguaçu, where they would get their next clue.
Choice A: Subir
Teams must find a nearby rock-climbing facility, each team member had to climb the medium difficulty rock wall and grab the next clue at the top.
Jonatas & Rafael chose this task.
Choice B: Pular
Teams must have each team member, one at the time, to put an eyepatch and a blindfold and to climb a 15-meter pole, and from the top, jump and grab the trapeze bar upon blindfolded relying to follow their partner's instructions from the ground. Once they were successful, they would receive their next clue.
Teams must travel by foot to Mirante Garganta do Diabo overlooking Iguaçu Falls, where they have to locate the clue at the top of the viewpoint.
Teams must take a taxi to Camping Paudimar for their next clue.
"Quem está com fome?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must present a feast with to consume 2 kilograms (4.4 lb) of various meats. Once they completed consuming, they would receive their next clue.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Débora, Jonatas, Sane and Maristela all decided to quit the Roadblock, all unable to eat the 2 kilograms of meat, and take the three-hour penalty. Teams make their way to Triple Frontier Landmark to check in.
For coming in first place, Jorge & Silvia won a trip for two to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
