The order of departure from Triple Frontier as follows:

- Perri & Maristela (4:10 pm)
- Patrícia & Sane (4:20 pm)
- Jonatas & Rafael (4:30 pm)
Teams must travel by bus to Curitiba. Upon arrival, they make their way to Jardim Botânico and search the area for their next clue.
Teams must travel by bus to Ópera de Arame, where they would find their next clue.
Teams make their way to Parque Tingui. Once there, they would have to dress to a traditional Ukrainian costumes and learn to perform the traditional Ukrainian dance known as hopak to get with the judges' satisfaction. Once they performed the dance, they would receive their next clue.
Choice A: Skate
Teams must travel to Drop Dead Skate Park, where they have to properly assemble a skateboard and perform a moderately difficult skateboarding moves. Once they have done, they would receive their next clue.
No teams chose this task.
Choice B: Sebo
Teams must travel to Figaro Used Book Store, where they have to search thousands of books, magazines and records with three of those items each to be sold to the bookkeeper, who would hand them their next clue.
Teams must travel to Morretes. Upon arrival, they make their way to the Railway Station, they would get their next clue.
Teams must choose a bike and travel to quarter a mile to Santuário Nhundiaquara, where they would get their next clue.
"Quem é um bom cozinheiro?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must dig a piece of dirt piles for one of four to find a pot from the 60 holes buried within. There, they would open to find a local meal known as barreado to receive their next clue.

Teams must travel by foot to Metal Bridge where they have to grab one of the numbers for the next morning to spend the night. In order of the arrival, they have to grab one of four life rings to walk along Nhundiaquara River until would reach their next clue at the top of the bridge.
Teams make their way to Port of Paranaguá in Paranaguá, where they would get their next clue.
Teams must choose a boat and travel to Ilha do Mel, and look for Praia Encantada to check in.
For coming in first place, Patrícia & Sane won a trip for two to Rio de Janeiro.
