The order of departure from Wind Power Plant as follows:
None of the teams' departure times were shown in this episode.Teams must drive themselves to Fortaleza Airport and fly to Manaus, Amazonas. Upon arrival at Eduardo Gomes International Airport, they would get their next clue.
Teams must choose a marked car and drive themselves to Fazenda Marupiara in Presidente Figueiredo, where they would get their next clue.
Choice A: Aventurar
Teams must take part on a rope course above the treetops, including a rope bridge and zip-lines. Once they successfully completed the course, they would receive their next clue.
Andréa & Luciana, Débora & Daniela, Jonatas & Rafael, Milene & Jaqueline, Patrícia & Sane, and Perri & Maristela chose this task.
Choice B: Sobreviver
Teams must have to properly assemble an indigenous animal trap known as arapuca with the materials provided. Once it finished completed the trap, they would get their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Teatro Amazonas and search the grounds for their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Porto Ceasa. Once there, they have to take a marked boat onto a fishing boat on the Meeting of Waters, the fisherman would hand them their next clue and heading back to Porto Ceasa.
Teams must drive themselves to the Port of Manaus. Once there, they proceed onto the boat above Rio Negro to spend the night and grab one of seven times for the next morning, where they would get their next clue.
At Port of Manaus, teams would have the option to Yield a team. None of the teams opted to use the Yield.
"Quem gosta de peixe?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must find a marked fish stall and carry a 10 kilogram (22 lb) tambaqui. Then, they have to carry it to the docks to a marked stall find a specific market and exchange them for their next clue.

Teams must drive themselves to Restaurante Boto-Cor-de-Rosa in Novo Airão, but they must take a ferry from Porto São Raimudo to Porto de Novo Airão. Once there, they must feed six fish to pink river dolphin. Once they fed them, the restaurant manager would hand them their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Pousada Amazônia in Iranduba, where they would get their next clue.
At Pousada Amazônia, teams have to paddle across Rio Ariaú and must follow the long hike with directions from the local Mawé people to Sateré-Mawé Tribal Village to check in.
For coming in first place, Perri & Maristela won a trip for two to Curitiba, Paraná.
