The Amazing Race: Australia 4, is the fourth installment of the reality television show, The Amazing Race Australia. After a five year hiatus, its return was announced in Summer 2019 and moved from Seven Network, which aired the previous three seasons, to Network 10. It features eleven teams of two from Australia who are in a pre-existing personal relationship, and follows the various challenges that they undertake as they race around the world to win AU$250,000.

Former rugby player Beau Ryan replaced Grant Bowler as host.

Notes: 1: By the time Alana & Niko found the Roadblock location, it was closed for the day and all the other teams had checked in. They were told to go directly to the Pit Stop, where they were eliminated. However, Alana elected to perform the Roadblock, and this is reflected in the total count. 2: During the last task, Chris fell from his camel and suffered several broken ribs. After all the other teams had checked in, Beau came out to the location where he was being medically treated to eliminate them. 3: Femi & Nick and Hayley & Mikayla received a 2-hour penalty for not completing the sand dune digging Route Marker task in the allotted 4 hours. Femi & Nick initially arrived in 5th. Viv & Joey checked in during their penalty time, dropping Femi & Nick to 6th. Hayley & Mikayla arrived in last and were eliminated without the penalty being assessed.
