Notes: 1: Paul & Rachel elected to quit the Roadblock and were issued a 30 minute penalty. They served their penalty immediately. 2: Bren & Anja incurred two 30-minute penalties - one for arriving at the Detour too late to complete a challenge and the other for refusing to participate in the Tannery Route Info challenge. They served both penalties immediately 3: Jake & Holly initially 1st, but were issued a 30-minute penalty for refusing to complete the dancing challenge. All teams checked in during their penalty time, dropping them to last place and resulted in their elimination. 4: After contracting COVID-19, Kathy & Chace were unable to compete until they received medical clearance. 5: After contracting COVID-19, Stuart & Glennon were unable to compete until they received medical clearance. 6: Chelsea & Jamus initially arrived 4th, but were unable to check in to the Pit Stop without their backpacks and they were forced to backtrack and retrieve them before checking in. Seven teams checked in during this time, dropping them to 11th place. 7: Kathy & Chace and Stuart & Glennon returned to the race in Leg 9. 8: After contracting COVID-19, Fliss & Tottie, Jodie & Claire, Kelly, & Georgia, Lauren & Steph, and Tiffany & Cynthia were unable to compete until they received medical clearance. 9: Stuart & Glennon initially arrived 2nd, but were issued a 15 minute penalty for cheating at the Detour by using elements of the example. Angel & Frankie checked in during this time, dropping them to 3rd place. 10: Chelsea & Jamus initially arrived 4th, but were issued a 10 minute penalty for or quitting the Brew Detour. Two teams checked in during this time, dropping them to 4th place. 11: Angel & Frankie initially arrived 2nd, but did not walk through the marked tunnel to the Pit Stop as stated in their clue. They were required to backtrack and walk through the marked tunnel. Heath & Toni checked in during this time, dropping them to 3rd place. Chelsea & Jamus were also required to go back and walk through the marked tunnel, but their placement was not affected. 12: Stuart & Glennon elected to quit the Salsa dance challenge and were issued a penalty. Already in last place, they were eliminated without the penalty being applied. 13: Angel did not compete in the first half of the 12th leg after she was denied boarding the flight to Belize due to COVID-19 concerns. She was required to fly to Cancun, Mexico and then drive across the border to Belize. Frankie competed in the first half of the 13th leg by himself and was reunited with Angel at the overnight rest, and they completed the rest of the leg together. 14: Fliss & Tottie, Jodie & Claire, Kelly & Georgia, and Tiffany & Cynthia returned to the race in Leg 13. 15: Fliss & Tottie were medically removed from the competition in Leg 13 after Fliss sprained her ankle on the way to the Detour. 16: Jodie & Claire were the last team to arrive. However, due to Fliss & Tottie's removal from the competition midway in the leg, they were spared from elimination and instead checked in at 7th place. 17: Lauren & Steph returned to the race in Leg 14. 18: For their Speed Bump in Leg 14, both Lauren and Steph had to complete the second Roadblock. Since Steph opted to perform the Roadblock first before finding out both of them had to do it, only her performance is included in the Roadblock tally. 19: Kelly & Georgia initially arrived 4th, but were issued a 10 minute penalty for quitting the piñata task. Tiffany & Cynthia checked in during this time, dropping them to 5th place. 20: Leg 15 had no mandatory rest period between legs, and all teams were ordered to continue racing. The team who checked in last on this leg did not face a Speed Bump in the next leg. 21: Leg 16 had no mandatory rest period between legs, and all teams were ordered to continue racing. The team who checked in last on this leg would be eliminated. 22: Pako & Mori initially arrived 4th, but were issued a 15 minute penalty for electing to quit the inverted hanging task. Angel & Frankie checked in during this time, dropping them to last place and resulted in their elimination.

• This is the first season to have a temporary host (Scott Tweedie) filling in for the regular host (Beau Ryan) as he had contracted COVID-19 during filming.
