The order of departure from Rafael Núñez International Airport in Cartagena, Colombia are as follows:
Teams must make their way to La Perla Negra to find their next clue.
At La Perla Negra, teams had to make ten arepas and then deliver them to the community centre to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Parque San Diego and place a bowl of fruit on a team member's head, much like the Palenquero people, and sell COL$20,000 worth of fruit to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Parque de Bolívar and learn and perform a Colombian-style salsa to receive their next clue.
Teams must travel to Castillo San Felipe de Barajas to check in.
