This is the season premiere of The Amazing Race Australia Celebrity Edition (2025).

The race begins at Shanti Stupa in Pokhara, Nepal.
Teams must make their way to Phewa Lake, where they had to row a boat to a floating shrine and present an offering to the goddess Barahi before retrieving their next clue.
After rowing back to shore, teams then had to travel by marked car to Pal Ewam Namgyal Monastic School and learn a Buddhist chant in Nepali from the student monks before receiving their next clue.
Choice A: Maize Rack
Teams had to tie cobs of maize into 30 bundles and hang them on a rack before receiving their next clue.
Aesha & Scott, Gretel & Epiphany, Lindy & Stella, Luke & Scott, Melissa & Leah, and Steph & Ben chose this task.
Choice B: Haystack
Teams had to stack hay around a bamboo pole to a specified width and height before receiving their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Pema Ts'al Sakya Monastery to check in.
