Notes: 1: Todd & Anna and Leanne & Mar used their Express Passes to bypass the pie-eating task on Leg 3. 2: Nancy & Mellisa used their Express Pass to bypass the fairy doors search task on Leg 3. 3: Leg 5 had no mandatory rest period between legs, and all teams were ordered to continue racing. The team who checked in last on this leg did not face a Speed Bump in the next leg.

With this season's visit to the New Brunswick capital of Fredericton,^[2] all 13 of Canada's provincial and territorial capitals have been visited at least once.
