The Amazing Race Canada 7 is the seventh installment of the reality television show, The Amazing Race Canada.
Production[]
On March 21, 2019, it was announced that one team from a previous season - Jet & Dave of Season 1, Brent & Sean of Season 3, or Frankie & Amy of Season 4 - would be chosen to compete for a second time, pending the results of a public vote running until April 1.[2] At a live Starting Line on April 23, Jet & Dave were revealed to be the returning team.[3]
This season introduced the Double One Way, a variation on the Double U-Turn that forces a team to perform a specific side of the Detour.
