Teams must fly to Prague, Czech Republic, using provided smartphones to book their flights to Prague on the Travelocity app. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to the Rudolfinum, where they would find their next clue.
At the Rudolfinum, teams would have the option to U-Turn a team, with two slots available. Cody & Jessica used the first slot of the U-Turn on Trevor & Chris. The second slot went unused. Since Trevor & Chris completed the That Detour, they would be forced to backtrack and complete the This Detour before continuing.
Choice A: This
Teams must make their way to Staropramen Brewery and found that they must search for a full keg of beer among a three-tier stack of empty kegs, with any empty kegs having to be re-stacked. They must then tap the keg and pour a perfect mug to the satisfaction of the brewmaster. Once approved, they must deliver a keg on a hand truck to "Fidelio at Náplavka Smíchov",[2] leaving teams to figure out that this referred to the party boat Fidelio docked at the Smíchov riverbank of the Vltava river, in exchange for their next clue.
Alex & Conor, Cody & Jessica, Henry & Evan, Kristi & Jen, and Lucas & Brittany chose this task.
Choice B: That
Teams must make their way to the astronomy hall at Charles University and found that they must listen to a pair of astronomical lectures, one claiming the Earth is flat, while the other claiming the Earth is round. Without taking any notes, they must then pass an oral exam consisting of eight questions regarding the contents of the lectures to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Andělská Lázeň Beer Spa, where they would receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Stará Čistírna Odpadních Vod, where they would find their next clue.
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must enter a room filled with hundreds of ringing telephones and search for the eight that have a person on the other end of the line that would give them a word from a Franz Kafka quote, "The meaning of life is that it stops". After obtaining all eight words, which they must memorize as they would not be allowed to write anything down, they must enter the supervisor's office and fill out a form with several biographical questions, then attempt to unscramble the words to form the phrase. If they are incorrect, they would have to fill out the form again before being allowed to make another attempt to unscramble the words.

Teams must make their way to Letenské Park to check in.
