Teams must make their way to Khaosan Road and each eat a bowl of local Thai delicacies consisting of fried bugs, frogs, and scorpions to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to a Caltex station in Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani, Pathum Thani Province, and wash a 22-seat passenger bus to the satisfaction of a Caltex employee to receive their next clue.
Teams must sign up for one of three charter buses to Wat Phai Rong Wua at Suphan Buri, Suphan Buri Province, where they will find their next clue. The first two buses would carry three teams each, while the last bus would carry four teams.
Teams must search the grounds of Wat Phai Rong Wua amongst hundreds of Buddha statues for one with their next clue.
Teams must take the next available bus to the bus terminal at Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai Province, where they will find their next clue. The first two buses would both depart 20 minutes after teams set foot in Wat Phai Rong Wua. Teams who cannot find their clue within this time period must wait for the next bus.
Choice A: Race
Teams must drive an off-road buggy around an eight-kilometer track at the Chiang Mai X-Centre to receive their next clue.
Choice B: Rice
Teams must pound rice into paste and make two rice balls to receive their next clue.
