The order of departure at Orekhovo-Borisovo Metochion are as follows:

During the Pit Stop, teams were moved from Ipatiev Monastery in Kostroma to Orekhovo-Borisovo Metochion in Moscow before the start of the leg.
Teams must fly to Lisbon, Portugal. Upon arrival, they must have to travel to the Belém Tower where they would get their next clue.
At Belém Tower, teams must learn a traditional Fado song from an MP3 player and have to sing on a lyrics of the song "Fado do Cansaço" syncing with the music. Once they sung the lyrics correctly into a right pronunciation, Fado singer Cuca Roseta would hand them their next clue.
Teams must make their way by tram from Fábrica Sant'Anna to Largo das Portas do Sol in order to find their next clue.
Choice A: Wet
Teams must make their way to Rua de São Miguel & Beco do Pocinho celebrating the AgitÁgueda Art Festival, where thousands of umbrellas were hung above the streets, and count all of the yellow umbrellas. When teams had to write the correct answer (297) on a chalkboard and presented it to a judge, they received their next clue.
All teams chose this task.
Choice B: Dry
Teams must make their way to Calçadinha de São Miguel where they had to find a group of women on the streets with laundry baskets that had their names attached. Teams then had to search among the washing lines above the nearby streets for the article of clothing with a laundry lady's name in order to receive their next clue.
None of the teams chose this task.Teams must make their way to the Largo do Chafariz de Dentro and choose a marked vehicle to find their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Fisherman's Beach in Cascais, where they would find their next clue.
"Who's a good catch?"
The assigned team member must have to carry a large fish, two kilograms (4.4 lb) of mussels and five kilograms (11 lb) of octopus across town to the Restaurante A Económica and then eat a traditional Portuguese fish stew called cataplana in order to receive their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Pena Palace in Sintra to check in.
For coming in first place, Daniel & Ryan won a Business Class trip for two to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

- The judge from the Fado musical task is the same person (Cuca Roseta), who was a cluegiver from the third episode of The Amazing Race 23.
- Torre de Belem was previously served as the Pit Stop in the fourth leg of The Amazing Race 3.
- This is the only leg of the race to have a Non-Elimination point.
