The order of departure from St. Ninian's Isle are as follows:

Teams must take a roll-on/roll-off ferry back to Aberdeen, then fly to Copenhagen, Denmark. Upon arrival at Copenhagen Airport, teams must choose one of several parked Ford C-Max hybrid vehicles, on which they would find their next clue.
Teams must drive their Ford C-Max across the Øresund Bridge to the Stortorget in Malmö, Sweden. If teams used 0.10 gallons of gasoline or less during their trip, they would immediately receive their next clue. However, if they exceeded 0.10 gallons during their trip, they would be required to answer a geography question regarding the capitals of the Scandinavian countries (Copenhagen, Denmark; Oslo, Norway; and Stockholm, Sweden) before receiving their next clue.
Choice A: Parking Space
Teams must make their way to Sankt Jørgens Allé back in Copenhagen, Denmark, where they must must assemble a parklet, choosing one of two available designs. Using only a provided photograph for reference, teams must set up their parklet in a marked parking space in under the 30 minutes. If they fail to assemble their parklet within 30 minutes, they must transfer to another parking space and start over. Once they have properly set up their parklet within the allotted time, they would receive their next clue.

Choice B: Wedding Cake
Teams must make their way to Det Franske Conditori Bakery back in Copenhagen, Denmark, where they must assemble a kransekake, a traditional wedding cake with several tiers and tiny Danish flags. Once the cake has been properly assembled, they must deliver it to Allegade 10 Restaurant using a freight bicycle, where their cake would be judged by the maître d'hôtel. If the cake is delivered perfectly intact, the maître d'hôtel would approve the delivery and sign their receipt, which they must return to the head baker back at the bakery in exchange for their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Ida Davidsen, where they would find their next clue.
"Who has a good memory for faces?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must take a smørrebrød order of two customers, remembering the menu number of the four sandwiches ordered and, using a menu, memorize each sandwich's contents. They must then relay the order to Ida Davidsen herself. Once Davidsen has accepted their order requests, she would present them the smørrebrøds to be delivered to the customers, who would give them their next clue.
