Route Markers[]
The order of departure from Aquila Park Private Game Reserve are as follows:

Teams must drive to District Six Museum in Cape Town and find a Sony VAIO laptop, which they must unlock using the name of a street in District Six as the password to receive their next clue.
Teams must read aloud one panel in District Six Museum commemorating the history of District Six during the time of apartheid in South Africa to receive their next clue.
Choice A: Search
Teams must search among thousands of semi-precious gemstones for three yellow stones marked with a red dot at The Scratch Patch at Victoria & Alfred Waterfront to receive their next clue.
Only Adrian & Collin chose this task.
Choice B: Assemble
Teams must use the tools provided to assemble an African wire-frame radio at Waterfront Craft Market to receive their next clue.
Teams must drive to FC Kapstadt Soccer Pitch and score three goals from the penalty line against a goalkeeper of FC Kapstadt to receive their next clue.
Teams must drive to the Atlantis Dunes at Atlantis and ride quad bikes along a marked course to search among 18 areas marked with a bucket to find their next clue. Only one bucket would have their next clue, while the other 17 buckets each had an hourglass underneath which teams had to overturn and wait for the sand to run out before continuing.
Teams must drive to Cape Point, take a funicular to the summit, then walk to Cape Point Historic Lighthouse where they must tell the lighthouse keeper the country that they think they will be traveling to next (Singapore) to receive their next clue.
Teams must fly to Singapore. Once there, teams must take a taxi to the statue of Stamford Raffles at Raffles' Landing Site in Downtown Core, Central Region, to find their next clue.
Teams must take a taxi to Tanjong Beach on Sentosa in Southern Islands to find their next clue.
"Who can flag their worldly knowledge?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must pick 10 flags out of a basket of 15 for each destination country they traveled to during the race: Singapore () – Philippines () – Hong Kong () – New Zealand () – Japan () – South Korea () – Germany () – Czech Republic () – Hungary () – South Africa (), with five flags (Australia (), Indonesia (), Slovakia (), United Kingdom () and Vanuatu ()) as decoys, and place the flags in the order which they visited each country in a circular and chronological order to receive their next clue. The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must make their way to the Rainbow Bridge at the Chinese Garden at Jurong East, West Region, and cross the Finish Line.
