Story[]

Route Markers[]

The race begins simultaneously at all eleven teams' respective hometowns in the United States with host Phil Keoghan delivering the racers' first clue via video message on their phones that the race is starting right then and there inside their home.

Teams must take a provided taxi from their homes to their nearest airport. From there, teams must travel to one of four connecting major airports that are closest to them that carry provided flights to London, United Kingdom. The one of four connecting airports teams must travel to are either Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles, California, O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, Illinois, Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina, or John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City, New York. Upon arrival, teams would be released from Heathrow Airport at the same time and must take a taxi to Trafalgar Square, where they must search for one of several men dressed as a red telephone box who would give them their next clue. Each man had a limited number of clues, forcing teams to continue searching if they went to one that had already run out.

Teams must make their way on foot to the Canada Gate near Buckingham Palace, where they would find their next clue.

Choice A: Artist Den
Teams must make their way on foot to the Mess Hall at Immersive LDN, where they must use paste to apply a 36-piece Banksy-style puzzle poster to a wall. Once they had properly assembled the puzzle to the street artist's satisfaction, he would give teams their next clue.

Arun & Natalia, Caro & Ray, Kim & Penn, Lulu & Lala, Michael & Moe, and Taylor & Isaiah, chose this task.

Choice B: Digiben
Teams must make their way on foot to Parliament Square by Big Ben, where they must find a "bobby", leaving them to figure out that this was colloquial term referring to a British police officer, who would give them a clue instructing them to make their way on foot to Little Ben at Victoria Square. There, they must find a promoter who would give them another clue instructing them to make their way on foot or by taxi to Piccadilly Circus tube station, where they had to search for DJ Digiben, who would give teams their next clue.

Akbar & Sheri, Anthony & Spencer, Connie & Sam, Raquel & Cayla, and Ryan & Dusty chose this task.

Teams must make their way on foot or by taxi to The Chipping Forecast along Greek Street in Soho and find impersonators of Queen Elizabeth II and Boris Johnson having a nosh, who would give them their next clue.

Teams must make take a taxi to the Natural History Museum to check in.
For coming in first place, Anthony & Spencer won a trip for two to the Turks and Caicos Islands, provided by Travelocity.
