The order of departure from Keava Raba Overlook Tower are as follows:
- Meghan & Cheyne (12:00 am)
- Sam & Dan (12:19 am)
- Flight Time & Big Easy (12:20 am)
- Brian & Ericka (12:22 am)
Teams must fly to Prague, Czech Republic. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to Old Town Square and find a man in a vintage Praga, who would give teams their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Kajaky Trója, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: Fast & Furious
Teams must row a kayak down an artificial whitewater rafting course used by professional kayakers and grab a ribbon suspended over the course, which would have the name of their next destination written on it. If their boat capsizes before reaching the clue, they would have to start the course over.
None of the teams chose this task.
Choice B: Slow & Steady
Teams must pull themselves along an aerial rope course suspended above the rafting course. When they have reached the end of the rope, they would receive ribbons that, when combined, would have the name of their next destination written on them.
Teams must figure out that the words on their ribbons, Stavovské Divadlo, refer to the Estates Theatre, where they would find their next clue.
At the Estates Theatre, teams would have the option to U-Turn a team. None of the teams opted to use the U-Turn, so this was left unaired.
"Who can remain composed under pressure?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must search the Estates Theatre for a miniature mandolin. Once they have found one, they must bring it onstage to an actor dressed as the titular character from the opera by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Don Giovanni, who would give them their next clue.

Teams must take a taxi to Prague Castle to check in.
For coming in first place, Meghan & Cheyne won a trip for two to Lanai, Hawaii, provided by Travelocity

- The Estates Theatre, the site of this leg's Roadblock, previously appeared as one of the locations for Snap Detour in the eighth leg.
- Prague Castle, the site of the Pit Stop, was previously the site of Intersection, also in the eighth leg.
- The episode title is said by Ericka Dunlap after her team's cab was stolen by Sam & Dan.
