We Are Charlie Chaplin is the penultimate episode of The Amazing Race 19.

The order of departure from the Atomium are as follows:
- Andy & Tommy (3:46 am)
- Jeremy & Sandy (4:20 am)
- Ernie & Cindy (4:35 am)
- Amani & Marcus (4:40 am)
Teams must dress up as the detective characters from The Adventures of Tintin comics, then figure out one of the three names ("Thomson and Thompson", "Dupond and Dupont", or "Johnson and Johnston") by which the characters are known in Belgium. They must then make their way to the mural depicted in a provided photo, located at Rue de l'Étuve, where they would find a man dressed as Tintin. Teams must tell him the names of the characters both they and the man were dressed as, as well as the occupations of their characters, to receive their next clue.
Teams must take a train to Amsterdam, the Netherlands, then fly to Panama City, Panama. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to Puerto El Corotu at Chagres National Park and take a boat up the Chagres River to Parara Puru, where they must sign up for one of three times, 7:00 am, 7:20 am, and 7:40 am, to receive a temporary tattoo the next morning.
Teams must figure out that their temporary tattoos point them to the San Francisco Bay Towers, where they would find their next clue.
"Who wants to walk on rarefied air?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must cross a tightrope between the towers, 35 stories tall and 65 feet across, to pick up their next clue at the other tower, and then make a trip back to the first tower before reuniting with their partner.

Teams are given a riddle, leaving teams to figure out that this referred to the statue of Ferdinand de Lesseps at Casco Viejo, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: Filet
Teams must make their way to El Mercado de Mariscos, where they must deliver fish to different marked stalls throughout the market, each of which only accepted certain kinds of fish, and only up to a certain weight of those fish. Once they have delivered all of their fish, the fishmonger would give them their next clue.
Only Amani & Marcus chose this task.
Choice B: Sole
Teams must make their way to the Salsipuedes Market and find a sandals stall, where they must use one piece of leather each to make the sole and strapping for a pair of sandals for a customer. Once the cobbler has approved their work, they would receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Cathedral Square, where they would find a group of tamborito dancers wearing pollera dresses. Teams must find the name of the Pit Stop, Panamá Viejo, which was etched on the dancers' necklaces and written on one dancer's dress, to check in.
For coming in first place, Jeremy & Sandy won a trip for two to the Turks and Caicos Islands, provided by Travelocity.
