The order of departure from the Conrad Hong Kong are as follows:Nam Van Lake in Macau to the Conrad Hotel Hong Kong prior to the start of the leg.
Teams must fly to New York City, New York, United States. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to the New York City Fire Department Training Facility on Randall's Island, where they would find their next clue.
"Who wants to play with fire?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must don a firefighter's uniform and take part for a stunt training exercise. They must first carry a fire hose to a fire engine, then climb a ladder to an open window of a burning building and search inside for a dummy representing a victim. Once they exit the building with the dummy, they must place it onto a waiting stretcher, then arrange firefighters' hats labeled with the capital cities of the countries visited during the Race in chronological order:
- Brazil: Brasília
- Argentina: Buenos Aires
- Zambia: Lusaka
- Zimbabwe: Harare
- France: Paris
- Netherlands: Amsterdam
- Poland: Warsaw
- India: New Dehi
- China: Beijing
Once all the hats are placed in the correct order, a firefighter would give them their next clue.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must make their way to the "location of the final race of the Triple Crown", leaving teams to figure out that this referred to Belmont Park, where they would receive their next clue from a jockey.
Teams must make their way on foot to Shinnecock East County Park and, using a provided map and compass, take a Sea-Doo to one of the three marked lobster boats in Shinnecock Bay, where they would receive their next clue.
Teams must pull seven lobster traps from the water, empty them, and replace them with new traps. Once completed, they would receive a box containing the flags of all of the countries visited (along with a decoy flag of Egypt ) and, without referring to any notes, must tie the flags to the boat's mast, top down, in the order visited during the Race.
Teams must drive a dune buggy down to Cooper's Beach, where they would find their next clue.
Teams must assemble six Adirondack chairs, each with an image depicting something encountered during the Race, and arrange them in chronological order:
Teams must make their way on foot to the estate at 1620 Meadow Lane to cross the Finish Line.
