"Who's ready to put up bale?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must put on a workman's uniform and transport ten 200-pound bales of tobacco leaves through the warehouse to a drop-off zone in another part of the warehouse, using only a hand-cart that can carry one bag at a time. Once all ten bales have been transported, teams will receive their next clue from the foreman.

The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Teams must make their way to Memorial Tower, where they would find their next clue.

Choice A: All Sewn Up
Teams must make their way to the White Horse De-Sign Tailor Shop in the old market and pick a customer. They must use manual sewing machines to finish the customer's suit and pant leg in order to receive their next clue.

Amani & Marcus, Bill & Cathi, and Ernie & Cindy chose this task.

Choice B: Not Grown Up
Teams must make their way to Lilongwe LEA School, where they must use provided materials (cardboard boxes, nails, string, and bottle caps) to build two toy trucks. Once the toy trucks are properly constructed, the headmistress would give the trucks to a student, who would test it out before teams can receive their next clue.

Andy & Tommy, Jeremy & Sandy, Justin & Jennifer, and Laurence & Zac chose this task.

Teams must make their way to R-K Furniture Shop, where they would find their next clue.

Teams must pick up two handcrafted bed frames from the furniture shop and transport them to Kumbali Village to check in. Teams may ask the shop owner call a delivery truck for them.

For coming in first place, Andy & Tommy won a trip for two to the British Virgin Islands, provided by Travelocity.

For coming in last place, Amani & Marcus will have to perform a Speed Bump at some point during the next leg of the race.
