The order of departure from Blake Pier are as follows:

1. Vince & Sam (5:47 am)
2. Henry & Bernie (6:53 am)
3. Geoff & Tisha (7:12 am)
4. A.D. & Fuzzie (7:24 am)
5. Ida & Tania (9:57 am)

Teams must take a taxi to Mong Kok Goldfish Market at Yau Tsim Mong District where they must pick up two goldfish each. Teams must deliver the goldfish to an aquarium at Bonham Strand in Central and Western District to receive their next clue.

Teams must take a ferry to Macau. Once there, teams must take a pedicab to the fountain at Senado Square in Sé, where they will find their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Macau Tower to find their next clue.

At Macau Tower, teams would have the option to Yield another team. Geoff & Tisha used the Yield on Henry & Bernie.

"Who wants to climb the ladder of success?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must climb to the top of Macau Tower to receive their next clue. The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

• A.D. & Fuzzie
• Geoff & Tisha
• Henry & Bernie
• Ida & Tania
• Vince & Sam

Due to safety concerns because of a thunderstorm, A.D. & Fuzzie and Ida & Tania were given their clue upon reaching a certain point of the tower instead of having to climb to the top.

Teams must make their way to the Dragon Boat Pier at Sai Van Lake and paddle a dragon boat around a buoy, then return to the pier to receive their next clue.

Choice A: Dance
Teams must make their way to Sai Van Lake Square, where they must learn and correctly perform a lion dance routine to the satisfaction of the performance troup to receive their next clue.

Only Geoff & Tisha chose this task.

Choice B: Chance
Teams must make their way to Hotel Royal Macau in São Lázaro, where they must don formal attire and play a game of blackjack against a professional dealer. Teams must win nine hands against the dealer to receive their next clue.

A.D. & Fuzzie, Henry & Bernie, Ida & Tania, and Vince & Sam chose this task.

Teams must take a taxi to A-Ma Cultural Village at Coloane to find their next clue.

Teams must arrange lanterns depicting the animals in the Chinese zodiac in the correct order at A-Ma Cultural Village before being allowed to check in.

For coming in first place, Geoff & Tisha won a Sony BRAVIA and a PlayStation 3 for each member.

For coming in last, Ida & Tania are "marked for elimination". If they do not arrive first in the next leg, they would be assessed a 30-minute penalty.
