The order of departure from Palacio Baburizza are as follows:
Only Jordan & Jeff's departure time was shown on. The other nine teams' departure times are unknown.Teams must take a bus back to Santiago, then another bus to Puerto Varas. Once there, teams must drive themselves to Hotel Petrohué, then ride a boat to Isla Margarita, where they must hike to the Mirador to find their next clue.
Choice A: Llama Adoration
Teams must take their boat to a farm and dress a llama by placing a blanket on its back and a scarf around its neck to receive their next clue.
Carol & Brandy, Dan & Jordan, Jet & Cord, Jody & Shannon, Joe & Heidi, Louie & Michael, and Monique & Shawne chose this task.
Choice B: Condor Consternation
Teams must take their boat to a beach, don special shoes resembling birds' feet, and use a hang glider-like condor costume to glide out to a buoy in the water, from which they would retrieve their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Onces Bellavista Farm, where they would find their next clue.
"It's time to make the Kuchen."
The team member assigned to this Roadblock must collect several ingredients used to make Kuchen: a plate of butter, a bowl of sugar, a bag of flour, a baker's dozen of eggs from the hen house, and a cup of milk straight from a cow. Once the ingredients have been collected, they must give them to the baker in the kitchen to receive a serving of Kuchen and their next clue.

Teams must drive themselves back to Puerto Varas and find the Gruta de la Virgen at Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús to check in.
For coming in first place, Jet & Cord won a pair of sailboats.
