Who Wants a Rolex? is the sixth episode of The Amazing Race 31.

The order of departure from the Dubai Marina are as follows:

Teams must fly to Kampala, Uganda. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to the Uganda National Mosque to find their next clue. When teams enter the mosque, they will need to wear customary clothing.

Teams must count the number of stairs of the Uganda National Mosque's minaret to get their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Owino Market to get their next clue.

At Owino Market, Rachel & Elissa would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Rachel & Elissa must traditionally wash laundry and then find a place to hang the laundry in the market to continue racing.

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to shop around Owino Market to get ingredients for a rolex. After getting their ingredients, teams will need to make a rolex to the satisfaction of the rolex vendor to get their next clue. The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Teams must make their way to the Ggaba landing site near Lake Victoria to get their next clue from the boat builders.

Choice A: Salty Roll
Teams must learn how to salt and roll fish caught by fisherman. Once they have washed, gutted, and salted a barrel of fish, teams will receive their next clue. Janelle & Britney and Rachel & Elissa chose this task.
Choice B: Move the Pole
Teams must transport wooden poles to a storage center, where they will need to properly stack it like the locals up to a specified height to get their next clue. Becca & Floyd, Chris & Bret, Colin & Christie, Leo & Jamal, Nicole & Victor, and Tyler & Korey chose this task.

Teams must make their way to Jahazi Pier, where they will have to attempt to correctly stack a set of colored Ngoma drums, no more than four drums high and not moving more than one drum at a time. Once a team thinks they are finished, they will need to grab the ox's tail. The team that wins the challenge heads to the nearby Pit Stop. The team that loses must then wait for another team to compete against. The final losing team will be eliminated. The battles are in order, with the winners in bold:
