The order of departure from El Capolito are as follows:

Teams must fly to Vancouver, Canada. Upon arrival, teams had to travel to Stanley Park, where they had to find the totem poles and watch a traditional Squamish First Nations dance before receiving a blessing by the chief along with their next clue.
Teams were instructed to collect two paddles and take them to the Vancouver Rowing Club.
The Fast Forward instructions were given to them after receiving their clue at Vancouver Rowing Club. Teams must travel to Nicole Sleeth Studio. Once there, they had to strip nude and model for six artists. Once the students completed their sketches, the art teacher hand the team the Fast Forward. Paul & Steve won the Fast Forward pass.
Teams make take a kayak and paddle to the Harbour Green Park dock. There, they had to decipher a series of maritime flags so as to spell out a nautical phrase "Three sheets to the wind, splice to the mainbrace, weigh anchor and set sail" to a boat nearby before receiving their next clue.
Choice A: Toss
Teams must make their way to The Learning Lodge near Rice Lake and don a lumberjack clothing where they had to throw an axe at a target from six metres (20 ft) away and score 10 shots out of 40 before receiving their next clue.
James & Sarah and Shane & Andrew chose this task.
Choice B: Tumble
Teams must make their way to The Learning Lodge near Rice Lake and don a lumberjack clothing where they had to roll a log so that it rotated 10 times in a pool of water before receiving their next clue. If a team member fell off the log, they had to swap with their partner to continue.
Joseph & Grace, Lucy & Emilia, and Michelle & Jo chose this task."Who can reach for the sky?"
The assigned team member had to stand on top of a cable car riding up toward the top of Grouse Mountain and grab three flags as they passed before receiving their next clue. If they fail to get all flags, they must have to start again.

Teams must make their way to CRAB Park to check in.
For coming in first place, Paul & Steve won A$10,000 each from Southern Cross.

- This episode marks the first time The Amazing Race Australia visits the country of Canada.
- This episode also marks the first time that there is a Pit Stop in Canada in The Amazing Race franchise, as the previous time Canada was visited in episode 12 on The Amazing Race 5 and episode 11 on The Amazing Race: Family Edition, teams continued racing to the United States in both considerations.
- The Fast Forward on this leg (involving stripping down to be drawn by an art class) has previously appeared in the fifth leg of HaMerotz LaMillion 2, but it has never appeared in the aforementioned US version.
