The order of departure from Paradise Sun Hotel are as follows:

Teams must travel by ferry departing at 2:00 am to the island of Mahé to travel to Seychelles International Airport. Then, teams must fly to George Town, Penang, Malaysia. Upon arrival, teams must take a taxi to the Snake Temple, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: Buddhist Tradition
Teams must travel to the Tien Kong Than Temple, where they must carry a series of joss sticks to the top of the temple. After arranging them in the proper order, teams must light them to receive their next clue.
Brent & Caite, Carol & Brandy, Dan & Jordan, Louie & Michael, and Steve & Allie chose this task.
Choice B: Chinese Custom
Teams must travel to Padang Kota Lama, where they must participate in the Chinese New Year tradition of balancing large flags on their foreheads and then running across the esplanade. After both team members have made it across the esplanade without letting their flag fall, they would receive their next clue.
Teams must take a taxi to Teluk Bahang and search for the Kuil Sri Singamuga Kaliamman temple, where they would find their next clue.
At the Kuil Sri Singamuga Kaliamman temple, Jet & Cord would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Jet & Cord must travel to the Tropical Spice Garden to find a woman crushing spices for tea. Then by using their sense of smell, they must pick one of three prepared teas and serve it to a guru sitting on a swing. The guru must finish drinking the correct tea before they are allowed to continue.
"Whose life could use a splash of color?"
The team member assigned to this Roadblock must prepare a traditional Hindu offering called a float by first breaking open several coconuts in order to find one that had colored flesh. They must then use the shell of their colored coconut, along with local materials, to build the float, then give it to the waiting Gurukkal, who sent it out to sea before giving teams their next clue.

Teams must travel by taxi to Pinang Peranakan Mansion to check in.
For coming in first place, Jet & Cord won a trip for two to Maui, Hawaii, provided by Travelocity.
