You're the Best French Fry Ever is the second episode of The Amazing Race 30.

Story

Route Markers

The order of departure from Reykjavíkürtjorn are as follows:

Teams must travel to Antwerp, Belgium. Once in Antwerp, they will need to find The Chocolate Line, where a chocolatier, Stan, will hand them their next clue. Due to limited flights, teams were given tickets to Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If they've touched down in Amsterdam, teams must then travel by train to Antwerp.

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to climb up a rope ladder on Sky Climb crane, and get to the top to get their next clue before the rope ladder, which is ascending with them, gets too high up for them to climb anymore.

Choice A: Old Print
Teams must make their way to the Plantin-Moretus Museum, where they will need to align a set of letter blocks to copy their clue, which is in Dutch, in a way that a Gutenberg printing press can correctly copy it onto a piece of paper.

Choice B: Diamond Glint
Teams must make their way to Antwerpsche Diamantkring in the Antwerp diamond district, where they will learn how to value three different diamonds, and add the total of the diamonds to that of an unfinished necklace to get their next clue, which is in Dutch.

Alex & Conor, April & Sarah, Eric & Daniel, Joey & Tim, and Trevor & Chris chose this task.

Teams must make their way to "where you will find the town hall and the Silvius Brabo". Teams must figure out this is Grote Markt to find their next clue.

One member of each team must race against each other in a Frietrace. The race consists of an obstacle course while wearing a French fry costume and steering a dolly with eight bags of French fries. The team that wins the challenge heads to the Pit Stop. The team that loses must then wait for another team to compete against. The final losing team will be eliminated. Team members can switch between races.

Trivia

This is the first episode in the US Version where the teams competed in the Double Battle.
- This is also the first time a Double Battle appeared at a Pit Stop.
This episode's title is said by Trevor after Chris won the Head-to-Head.
With April & Sarah's elimination, Kristi & Jen are the last all-female team standing.
