Paul & Steve and Shane & Andrew chose this task.Teams must make their way to Wuzhisheng Foot Reflection Health Center, where both team members must have to endure a ten-minute reflexology foot massage before receiving their next clue. In the event that racers could not bear the painful part of the massage, they could pull their foot away to signal the masseuse to stop; however, they would have to restart the massage from the beginning.
Teams must make their way to Marco Polo Bridge and count the number of the bridge's lion head statues (446) before receiving their next clue to the Ming warrior.
"Who can crack the warrior code?"
Teams must travel to the Mutianyu section in the Great Wall of China. The assigned team member must have to pass through nine rows of warriors and retrieve their next clue. In each row, only one warrior would let them through and the others would block them. If the team member were blocked by a warrior three times, they had to go back to the first row and start again.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Joseph & Grace fell too far behind the other teams and failed to make it to the required area of the Great Wall of China for the Roadblock, instead travelling to the Inner Mongolia section of the Great Wall and they were eliminated at their location. Teams must make their way to the Tàimiào Temple at Forbidden City to check in.
