You Know I'm Not as Smart as You is the second episode of The Amazing Race 20.

Teams must drive themselves to Cafayate Town Square and wait for a chasqui, who would give them their next clue at sunrise.

Choice A: Boil My Water
Teams must travel to one of three nearby small villages and grab equipment from a pickup truck to build a solar kitchen using only a set of photographic instructions on the box. Once the oven is built, teams must put a kettle full of water into the middle of the dish and wait for it to come to a boil and whistle before the solar master would give them their next clue.

Bopper & Mark, Brendon & Rachel, Dave & Cherie, Elliot & Andrew, Joey & Danny, Kerri & Stacy, Nary & Jamie, Rachel & Dave, and Vanessa & Ralph chose this task.

Choice B: Light My Fire
Teams must travel to a nearby river, where they must gather 40 pieces of firewood and clay, then load it onto a donkey. They must then deliver their goods 1 mile to a local pottery workshop called Taller "El Obelisco", where the potter would give them their next clue.

Only Art & JJ chose this task.

Teams must take a bus to Buenos Aires. Once there, teams must make their way to Mercado de Hacienda de Liniers, where they would find their next clue.

"Where's the beef?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must join a cattle auction in the market and listen to the auctioneer give the total weight of the cattle in a selected pen. They must then calculate the average weight of a head of cattle in the pen, without using a calculator, and give the number to a gaucho. If the auctioneer moves onto another pen before they get to the gaucho, they would have to start over with the next pen. Once they give the correct answer, the gaucho would give them their next clue.

For coming in first place, Rachel & Dave won a trip for two to Grenada, provided by Travelocity.
