Teams must fly to Cartagena, Colombia. Upon arrival, teams must travel by taxi to El Totumo in Santa Catalina to find their next clue.

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to climb El Totumo and search the mud-bath inside for a satchel containing an emerald. They then have to clean and give it to a judge on the nearby beach, who in exchange, would direct them to swim out to retrieve their next clue.

Teams must make their way by taxi to Manzanillo del Mar back in Cartagena to find their next clue.

At Manzanillo del Mar, Scott & Blair would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Scott & Blair must help a group of fisherman pull in a fishing net. Then, they must help them gather the fish captured in the net, before being allowed to continue.

Choice A: Pop Up
Teams must, using materials on the beach, finish making a makeshift tent for a group of party-goers. When completed, they must have the locals drive their vehicles under the tent. Once the party starts, teams will receive their next clue.

Brodie & Kurt, Burnie & Ashley, Dana & Matt, Sheri & Cole, Tyler & Korey, and Zach & Rachel chose this task.

Choice B: Parrilla
Teams must make three plates of parilla. Once they've completed the three dishes correctly, they must serve the plates to a group of customers to receive their next clue.

Brittany & Jessica, Darius & Cameron, Erin & Joslyn, Marty & Hagan, and Scott & Blair chose this task.

Teams must make their way by taxi to Plaza Bolívar to check in. For coming in first place, Tyler & Korey won a trip for two to Saint Thomas, provided by Travelocity.
