You Look Ridiculous is the seventh episode of The Amazing Race: Family Edition.
Synopsis[]
Safety divers are forced to rescue one of the racers who's struggling to stay afloat during a challenge, on a special two-hour episode of THE AMAZING RACE 8.
One family watches as one of their own takes an uncontrollable spin in a car during one of the challenges. Also, racers must leave their fear of heights on the ground as teams endure the flight of a lifetime filled with gravity-defying activities. Meanwhile, the rivalry between two families escalates into a high-speed food fight.[2]

The order of departure from Malecon are as follows:
- Paolo Family (7:27 am)
- Linz Family (7:28 am)
- Bransen Family (7:29 am)
- Godlewski Family (8:32 am)
- Weaver Family (9:00 am)
Teams must make their way on foot to Playa Maracas, where one team member must swim to a buoy that had their next clue attached to it.
Teams must make their way to Grecia and find La Iglesia de Metal, where an altar boy would hand them their next clue.
Choice A: Brush
Teams must travel 10 miles to Taller Eloy Alfaro in Sarchí, where they must choose two partially painted cartwheels and follow the pattern on a painted section to finish decorating the wheel. When the artist approved their work, they would receive their clue.
The Bransen, Godlewski, and Weaver Families chose this task.
Choice B: Barrel
Teams must travel 10 miles to Ingenio La Argentina, a sugarcane factory, where they had to load a tractor with 1 tonne of harvested sugarcane. Then, they must transport the harvested sugarcane 6 miles to a rum factory, Fabrica Nacional de Licores. After delivering the sugarcane, they must search a warehouse and find one of five marked barrel racks to find their next clue hidden in one of the barrels in the rack.
Teams must fly to Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Upon arrival, teams must drive themselves to Bondurant SuperKart School, where they would find their next clue.
"Who's ready to start their engines?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must get into a go-kart known as a superkart and complete 50 laps around the race track, with a mandatory pit stop after 25 laps. Once they finished all 50 laps, they would receive their next clue.

Teams must drive themselves to Fort McDowell Adventures to check in.
For coming in first place, the Godlewski Family won a trip to Belize from Travelocity.

Teams must drive themselves to Mesa and find the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Once there, teams must find Fighter Combat International, where they would find their next clue.
"Who's feeling the need for speed?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would be taken into the air in a fighter plane. Once they were airborne, they would take over the controls and must follow the pilot's instructions to complete a 360° loop. Once they successfully pulled off the maneuver, they would receive their next clue.

Teams must drive themselves to the Grand Canyon and find Lipan Point to find their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Page and find Glen Canyon Dam to find their next clue.
Choice A: Bearing
Teams must choose one of five colored cards, upon which were written different compass coordinates. Teams must use a provided compass to follow the coordinates in a motorized boat to three different hidden boxes around Horseshoe Bend, each with more coordinates. Once they have a total of four cards of the same color, they could exchange them for their next clue.
Only the Weaver Family chose this task.
Choice B: Bailing
Teams must travel by motorized boat to locate a sunken boat in the vicinity of Horseshoe Bend. Using only the provided tools and their hands, teams must bail water out of the boat until it is light enough to move. Once teams have moved the boat from the bottom of the river and across a marked line on the shore, teams would receive their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Antelope Point at Lake Powell and take a motorboat to locate a houseboat docked in the lake to check in.

- The episode title is said by host Phil Keoghan, after seeing the Paolo Family wearing all of their clothes at the Pit Stop in the seventh leg.
