Your Tan Is Totally Cool is the fifth episode of The Amazing Race 22.
The order of departure from the Pura Luhur Uluwatu cliff are as follows:
The team member assigned to perform the Roadblock would have to watch a performance of a Vietnamese patriotic song. At the end of the performance, the phrase "Vinh quang thay thế hệ thanh niên chúng ta", which in Vietnamese means, "Glory to our young generation". Without taking any notes, racers have five minutes to search the nearby gallery for one of several political posters with the correct phrase. If cannot find the correct quote within the allotted time, they have to watch the performance again.

Teams must travel by taxi to the Công viên Thống Nhất, where they must successfully perform the múa sạp, a Vietnamese bamboo dance, to receive their next clue.
Choice A: Make Your Move
Teams would have to set up a human chess board at the Temple of Literature. Using a local cờ tướng board, teams have to find four human chess pieces that have symbols matching the pieces on the board and then set them up with four staffs in position on the human chess board. Once they have the correct pieces, the chessmaster will hand them their next clue.
Choice B: Make Your Meal
Teams would have to prepare Vietnam's national dish, phở. After picking up four baskets, two empty and two live chickens, at the Ngoc Son Temple, where they have to navigate into the street market to pick up the rest of the ingredients on a shopping list, including the specific weights and amounts, and then find a cooking station to cook two phở soups into the chef's approval to receive their next clue.
Dave & Connor did not perform either side of the Detour, due to withdrawing from the Race shortly after the leg began.
Teams must travel by taxi to the downed B-52 at Hữu Tiệp Lake to find their next clue.
At Museum Geelvinck, teams would have the option to U-Turn a team, with two slots available and anonymously. Pam & Winnie used the first slot of the U-Turn on Joey & Meghan. Joey & Meghan used the second slot of the U-Turn on Chuck & Wynona.
Since Joey & Meghan completed the Make Your Move Detour, they would be forced to backtrack and complete the Make Your Meal Detour before continuing.

- Much controversy was caused due to the Roadblock involving a communist propaganda song and the visit to the downed B-52 Bomber that was shot down by North Vietnam that is used as a memorial for communist Vietnam's victory.
- This led to CBS making an apology (read by Phil Keoghan) at the beginning of the next episode stating that the task was insensitive to American veterans, particularly ones of the Vietnam War.
